If you wish to see the how the schedules have changed over the years in general, use the links and files listed below.

Beginning in 2014, the child/adolescent and adult schedules were published on CDC’s immunization schedule website; the MMWR provided links and a list of changes to previous schedules. Prior to 2014, the MMWR published figures, footnotes, and tables as well as changes.

Prior Years' Child/Adolescent Immunization Schedules

Beginning in 1995, a "harmonized" child/adolescent schedule, approved by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) has been published annually. Prior to 1995, the child/adolescent schedule was published periodically, as part of the ACIP's General Recommendations.
