Cost of Lyme Disease (COLD) Study

Assessing the economic burden of Lyme disease in the U.S.

Study objective:
CDC and four Emerging Infection Program (EIP) sites are conducting a prospective, descriptive, cost of illness study among Lyme disease patients in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and upper Midwest regions of the U.S. to assess total societal and individual level costs of Lyme disease.
