Project Connect, An intervention to link youth to high-quality health care services.

The Project Connect Health Systems Intervention (Project Connect) is an evidence-based, scalable intervention designed to increase youth access to sexual and reproductive health care services. Project Connect promotes health systems change by identifying providers who are already doing a good job of serving youth, then linking youth to those resources.
