Can I access the service?

  • Anyone can use the Vocabulary Service to view the existing content

How do I access the service?

Using your web browser, go to https://sdp-v.services.cdc.gov/

  • To get started viewing and searching existing published SDP-V content, all you need to do is navigate to this location!

What type of content can I find in the Vocabulary Service?

The SDP Vocabulary Service (SDP-V) contains Questions, Response Sets, SDP-V Forms, and SDP-V Surveys.  See the Info Graphic for more information on these items and how they are used together to build sets of questions and related response sets to collect data needed to tackle public health challenges.

What if I want to not only view content but also author content?

  • CDC welcomes collaboration and hopes disease detectives and other public health professionals find using this shared service valuable.
