How to Get Continuing Education

Continuing education for this training is only available through the CDC Training and Continuing Education Online system (CDC TCEO). After completing the training’s final quiz, follow the link directing you to CDC Training and Continuing Education Online. Please follow the instructions provided below. You must complete the online evaluation by Aug. 16, 2018 to receive your continuing education or your certificate of completion.

1. Go to CDC TCEO at http://www.cdc.gov/tceonline/.
2. Select Participant Login to login. If you are new to TCEO, select New Participant to create a user ID and password.
3. Once logged on to CDC TCEO, the Participant Services page will display. Choose Search and Register on the main Participant Services page.
4. Enter Radiation Emergency Training or WB2689 in the “Keyword Search” box.
5. On the course module page, select the type of Continuing Education you would like to receive (CME, CNE, CEU, CPE, or CPH) and then click Submit.
6. The next page requests demographic information. New participants are required to answer the demographic questions. Returning participants please verify this information and select Submit.
7. If you have not completed the course, you will be directed back to Participant Services. Under Evaluations and Tests you may access the course detail page, the course link, or the evaluation and/or posttest after completing the course.
8. Complete the final evaluation and quiz for Radiation Emergency Training. A record of your course completion and your CE certificate will be posted in the Transcript and Certificate section, located on the Participant Services page.
9. Print your CE certificate.

Follow the procedures in your own state or territory for obtaining state-approved CE using your printed CE certificate.
