The Federal Committee on Statistical Methodology (FCSM) Subcommittee on Question Evaluation Methodology conducted an inventory of methods used by federal statistical agencies to evaluate survey questions.
Q-Bank questions are now linked to survey data estimates. The process has started with questions from the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS), and will expand to more questions and surveys!
QUEST is an international workgroup consisting of survey methodologists who perform question design and evaluation projects at many national statistical organizations. QUEST workshops are held every 2 years. View presentations from the 2015 QUEST Workshop or previous meetings.
The Q-Notes online qualitative analysis platform is available for researchers to use while conducting question evaluation projects. Developed by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), it is free and open to the public.
