The top photograph depicts an area in the community that needed a physical improvement, and the bottom photograph depicts the design visualization sketch, which is the same image depicted in the top photograph overlaid with a sketch of the proposed improvement to the area. The improvements consist of green space (new trees, a grassy area, and flowers), a small cut-through road turned into a pedestrian zone, a seating area with umbrellas, and a connection to a regional multi-use trail.
