Depending on the degree of exposure, periodic medical examination is indicated. The symptoms of lung oedema often do not become manifest until a few hours have passed and they are aggravated by physical effort. Rest and medical observation is therefore essential. Immediate administration of an appropriate spray, by a doctor or a person authorized by him/her, should be considered. An added stabilizer or inhibitor can influence the toxicological properties of this substance, consult an expert. The effectiveness of phenolic inhibitors is dependent on the presence of oxygen. Store under air rather than inert atmosphere. Do NOT take working clothes home. The recommendations on this Card also apply to 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate.
