•INHALATION Cough.

Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
•EYES Redness. Pain.
Safety spectacles, face shield or eye protection in combination with breathing protection if powder.
Rinse with plenty of water (remove contact lenses if easily possible).
•INGESTION Sore throat.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.
Rinse mouth. Give a slurry of activated charcoal in water to drink. Refer for medical attention.

COLOURLESS TO YELLOW CRYSTALS , WITH CHARACTERISTIC ODOUR.

The substance decomposes on heating producing toxic fumes including nitrogen oxides and chlorine . Reacts with strong oxidants , strong reducing agents , strong acids and strong bases .

ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
The substance can be absorbed into the body in hazardous amounts by ingestion. The substance can be absorbed into the body through the skin. rm exposure for skin, Peer-review decision: old data after 30 day skin application 3/5 rabbits died with fatty infiltration of heart and liver and hemosiderin deposition in spleen. These effects were not seen in similar s.c. and i.v. studies at mortal doses, which is strange. Because there seems to be skin absorption, but the study is questionable, it was decided to use 13501 instead of 13502.

Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization. Animal tests show that this substance possibly causes toxicity to human reproduction or development. (Reduction in testicular weight and size, depression and/or cessation of spermatogenesis in rats.
