•INHALATION Cough. Red urine. Frequent, sudden and painful urination. Abdominal pain. Blue lips or finger nails. Blue skin. Headache. Dizziness. Nausea. Drowsiness.
Breathing protection.
Fresh air, rest. Refer immediately for medical attention.
•SKIN Redness. MAY BE ABSORBED! (see Inhalation).
Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer immediately for medical attention.
•EYES Redness. Pain.
Face shield or eye protection in combination with breathing protection if powder.
Rinse with plenty of water (remove contact lenses if easily possible). Refer for medical attention.
•INGESTION (see Inhalation).
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.
Rinse mouth. Give one or two glasses of water to drink. Refer immediately for medical attention.

Personal protection: chemical protection suit including self-contained breathing apparatus. Sweep spilled substance into covered container, then remove to safe place. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment.
Cool. Separated from food and feedstuffs. See Chemical Dangers. Well closed. Store in an area without drain or sewer access. Provision to contain effluent from fire extinguishing.
Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.

CHEMICAL DANGERS:
The substance decomposes on burning, producing toxic and corrosive fumes including hydrogen chloride and nitrogen oxides. Reacts violently with chloroformic acid esters, strong oxidants, acid anhydrides, acids, acid chlorides.

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS:

ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
The substance can be absorbed into the body through the skin, by inhalation and by ingestion.

INHALATION RISK:
A harmful contamination of the air will be reached rather slowly on evaporation of this substance at 20°C; on spraying or dispersing, however, much faster.

EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
May cause mechanical irritation to the skin, the respiratory tract. and the eyes (as a solid). The substance may cause effects on the bladder , resulting in hemorrhagic inflammation. The substance may cause effects on the blood , resulting in the formation of methaemoglobin. The effects may be delayed. Medical observation is indicated. See Notes. of human intoxications metHb is seen.

This substance is probably carcinogenic to humans. May cause heritable genetic damage to human germ cells. K 3A and IARC
