Remarks: The Office of Vital Records has death records on file from January 1908 to current. Copies of death records can be obtained from the state or any Local Registrar. Additional copies of the death record when ordered at the same time are $6.00 each. Information on how to obtain certified copies is also available via the Minnesota Department of Health website.
