Natural family planning
NOTE: In “Natural family planning or safe period by temperature or cervical mucus test,” to prevent pregnancy a woman checks her temperature or the consistency of her cervical mucus to determine her fertile days and abstains from intercourse on those fertile days. Also known as “symptom-thermal method.”
