NCHS Report on Injuries by Selected Characteristics
National estimates of the average annual incidence of
injuries requiring either medical attention or restricted
activity are available from a new report based on data
collected by the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS)
conducted by CDC's National Center for Health Statistics
(NCHS). Data on injuries are presented by type of injury,
cross-tabulated by a wide array of sociodemographic
characteristics.
