Pre-Application Technical Assistance Web Conference Call

In order to provide technical assistance and respond to any questions regarding the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) application process, CDC will conduct a series of information/pre-application technical assistance webinars for Health Departments. To join the webinars, interested applicants will need a computer with Internet connection and a telephone. Following a presentation on the NOFO application process by CDC staff, participants will have an opportunity to ask any remaining questions they have related to the NOFO.

Technical Assistance FOA Mailbox

CDC has established an email mailbox (HDFOA@cdc.gov) for potential applicants to ask questions about the application process. The mailbox will be open 24 hours a day for individuals to submit a message. In addition to their questions, applicants should provide their agency name, phone number, and an e-mail address where they can be reached. CDC staff will respond to all questions within three business days.  Responses to all questions will be returned to the questioner by email and posted to the CDC FOA website. The mailbox will close at 5:00 PM EST on September 1, 2017.
