PS16-1601 Attachments and Important Resources
Applicants must submit separate budget narratives to be considered for funding for Core National HIV Behavioral Surveillance (NHBS) (required), for each of the 2 optional NHBS activities (if applying), and for conducting NHBS with each of the 2 optional populations (if applying). Technical guidance is provided in Attachments A-F.
- Attachment A: Required Core NHBS, Year 1
- Attachment B: Optional anonymous hepatitis testing during NHBS-IDU
- Attachment C: Optional anonymous sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing during NHBS-MSM
- Attachment D: Optional anonymous STI testing during NHBS-HET
- Attachment E: Optional NHBS among young men who have sex with men (YMSM)
- Attachment F: Optional NHBS among transgender women
Applicants must submit a SUMMARY SF-424A showing the total funds requested for the entire project period. This SUMMARY SF-424A must include Required Core NHBS activities, the 2 optional testing activities (if applying) and the 2 optional NHBS populations (if applying). Applicants applying for the optional NHBS among YMSM must submit a separate SF-424A for 3 years in addition to the summary SF-424A. Applicants applying for the optional NHBS among transgender women must submit a separate SF-424A for 3 years in addition to the summary SF-424A.
