More than 30 years of research have confirmed that health risks are associated with DES exposure. This means that the women and men exposed to DES are more likely to have certain health problems than people who were not exposed.

For DES Third Generation, no health risks have yet been confirmed. Research continues on the health risks for the offspring of DES Daughters and Sons.
