طبقہ تاراپھول
نجمیطب یا نجمی طب (طبقہ تاراپھول) (Asterales) جیسا کہ نام سے ظاہر ہے کہ ایسے پودوں کا ایک طبقہ (order) ہے کہ جن کے پھول ستارہ نما یا مانند نجم ہوتے ہیں اور اسی لیے اسے طبقہ کو نجمیطب (نجمی + طبقہ سے طب) کہا جاتا ہے۔ انگریزی نام میں aster کہتے ہیں نجم کو اور ales کا لاحقہ طبقہ کے لیے استعمال ہوتا ہے۔
