பெர்சிவால் உலோவெல், அண். 1904

இவர் மசாசூசட்டின் போசுடன் நகரச் செல்வ வளமிக்க உலோவெல் குடும்ப உறுப்பினர் ஆவார். இவர் மசாசூசட்டின் கேம்பிரிட்ஜ் நகரத்தில் 1855 மார்ச்சு 13 இல் பிறந்தார்.[1] இவரது தந்தையார் அபாட் இலாரன்சு உலோவெலின் உடன்பிறப்பாவார். இவரது தாயார் அமி உலோவெல் ஆவார்.[1][2]

புளூட்டோவின் உலோவெல் வட்டாரம் இவரது நினைவாகப் பெயர் இடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
