பெரிய பிரித்தானியா அல்லது பாரிய பிரித்தானியா (Great Britain),சிலநேரங்களில் சுருக்கமாக பிரித்தானியா (Britain) வேல்சு: Prydain Fawr, சுகாத்திசு கேலிக்கு: Breatainn Mhòr, கோர்னீசு: Breten Veur) ஐரோப்பா பெருநிலப் பரப்பின் வடமேற்குப் பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள ஓர் தீவு ஆகும். இது உலகின் பெரும் தீவுகளில் ஒன்பதாவது பெரும் தீவாக உள்ளது. ஐரோப்பாவின் மிகப்பெரும் தீவாகவும் பிரித்தானியத் தீவுகளில் பெரியதாகவும் விளங்குகிறது. 2009ஆம் ஆண்டு மத்தியில் ஏறத்தாழ 60.0 மில்லியன் மக்கள்தொகை கொண்ட இந்தத் தீவு, சாவா , ஒன்சூ தீவுகளை அடுத்து மூன்றாவது மிகவும் மக்கள்தொகை கொண்ட தீவாக உள்ளது. பெரும் பிரித்தானியாவை சூழ்ந்து 1,000க்கும் மேலான சிறு தீவுகள் மற்றும் தீவுத்திடல்கள் உளன. அயர்லாந்துத் தீவு மேற்கில் உள்ளது. அரசியல்ரீதியாக பாரிய பிரித்தானியா என்பது இந்தத்தீவை மட்டுமோ அல்லது இதனைச் சூழ்ந்து இங்கிலாந்து, இசுக்கொட்லாந்து மற்றும் வேல்சு பகுதிக்குள் அமைந்த தீவுகளைச் சேர்த்துமோ குறிக்கலாம்.
