நாசிக் கட்சி அல்லது தேசிய சோசலிச ஜேர்மன் தொழிலாளர் கட்சி (The National Socialist German Workers Party, ஜெர்மன்: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, NSDAP), 1920 முதல் 1945 வரையில் ஜெர்மனியின் ஓர் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட அரசியற் கட்சியாகும்.

நாசிக் கட்சி முதலாம் உலகப் போரின் முடிவில் தேசியவாதிகள் சிலரினால் வளர்த்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது. ஜூலை 28 1921 முதல் இக்கட்சியின் தலைவராக சர்வாதிகாரி அடொல்ஃப் ஹிட்லர் இருந்தார். ஜெர்மனிய அதிபர் 'போல் வொன் ஹின்டென்பேர்க் என்பவர் 1933இல் ஹிட்லரை நாட்டின் சான்சிலராகத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தார். ஹின்டென்பேர்க்கின் மறைவிற்குப் பின் கட்சி ஹிட்லரின் முழுக் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வந்தது.
