உலக வல்லமை

உலக வல்லமை என்றால் ஒரு தேசம் (நாடு) அல்லது மாநிலமானது தனது சக்தியை உலக அளவில் செலுத்தக்கூடிய வல்லமை கொண்டிருப்பது.
