அடுப்பு

அடுப்பு (pronunciation ) என்பது விறகு, நிலக்கரி, சமையல் வாயு போன்ற எரிபொருள்கள் கொண்டு நெருப்பு உண்டாக்கப் பயன்படும் இடமாகும். வீட்டில் சமையல் தேவைகளுக்கும் தொழிற்சாலைகளிலும் இது பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது. காற்று மாசைக் குறைக்க அடுப்புகளின் வடிவமைப்பு தொடர்ந்து மேம்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.[1]

மூன்று கண் அடுப்பு, வாயு அடுப்பு, கனல் அடுப்பு, மண்ணெண்ணெய் அடுப்பு எனப் பல வகையாக சமையல் அடுப்பைப் பிரிக்கலாம். பெரும்பாலும் கிராமங்களில் தமது வேலைகளுக்கு மூன்று கண் அடுப்பையும் நகரங்களில் சமையல்வாயு பயன்படுத்தும் அடுப்புக்களையும் உபயோகிக்கின்றனர்.
