தாவரப் பல்வகைமை

தாவரவியலில், தாவரப் பல்வகைமை (ஆங்கிலம்:variety, இலத்தீன்: varietas) என்பது தாவரப் பெயரிடல் முறைமையில், ஒரு துணை அலகாகப் பயனாகிறது. இதனைச் சுருக்கமாக, var. என்று குறிப்பிடுவர். இனம் /சிற்றினம் என்பதற்கு அடுத்து கீழே, இந்த தாவரவியல் படிமுறை உள்ளது. சில நேரங்களில், இவற்றிற்கு நடுவே, துணையினம் வரும்.[1]துணையினம் என்ற தாவரவியல் படிநிலை பெயரிடுதலை, நிலவியல் அடிப்படையிலான வேறுபாடுகளை அறிந்து கொள்வதற்குப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட நிலத்தில் பரவலாக ஒரு இனம் காணப்பட்டால், அத்தாவர பல்வகைமை குறிப்பிடுதல் பொருத்தமாகும். .[2] இப்படி நிலை, பல்வேறு தாவரவியலாளர்களால், வெவ்வேறு விதமாக விவரிக்கப் படுகின்றன.[3] இருப்பினும், பயிரிடப்படும் தாவரங்களுக்கான அனைத்துலக பெயரிடல் முறைமைக் குறியீடு அமைப்பானது, இம்முறையை கலப்பின உயிரினங்களுக்குப் பயன்படுத்துகிறது. cultivar என்ற பதத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதில்லை.[4] யூபிஓவி(UPOV) நெறிமுறைகளின் படி, இச்சொல்லானாது சட்டப்பூர்வமானது ஆகும்.[5] </ref>
