The school is independent of ISU, but ISU will have representation on the school’s board of trustees. Initial capital investment in the ICOM project was approximately $120 million.

Campus

As part of the collaboration and affiliation agreement with ISU, ICOM has a long-term land lease agreement for its facility at the ISU Meridian Health Science Center. The campus consists of a 94,000-square-foot building, which was built at a cost of about $34 million.[1]
