ফ্রিৎস জের্নিকে (জুলাই ১৬, ১৮৮৮ - মার্চ ১০, ১৯৬৬) একজন ওলন্দাজ (নেদারল্যান্ডীয়) পদার্থবিজ্ঞানী। তিনি ১৯৫৩ সালে পদার্থবিজ্ঞানে নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। ফেইজ কনট্রাস্ট অণুবীক্ষণ যন্ত্র উদ্ভাবনের জন্য তিনি এই পুরস্কার লাভ করেছিলেন। এই অণুবীক্ষণ যন্ত্রটি কোনরকম স্টেইন ছাড়াই কোষের অভ্যন্তরীন গঠন অনুসন্ধান করতে পারে।
