গোলান মালভূমি

গোলান মালভূমি ১১৫০ কিলো মিটার আয়তনের একটি মালভূমি (Heights) যা গোলান পর্বতমালার অংশ। ইসরাইলের উত্তর প্রান্তে অবস্থিত সিরিয়ার এই অঞ্চলটি ১৯৬৭ সালের আরব ইসরাইলী যুদ্ধে ইসরাইল দখল করে নিয়েছিল। এ অঞ্চলের জনসংখ্যা প্রায় ৩০,০০০ যার মধ্যে প্রায় অর্ধেকই হলো ১১টি ইসরাইলী অধিকৃত বসতির ইহুদী।[2]
