পারসেক ইংরেজি parsec (symbol: pc) হলো মহাজাগতিক দূরত্ব পরিমাপে ব্যবহৃত একটি একক। যেসব নক্ষত্রের লম্বন (parallax) ১ সেকেন্ড তাদের দূরত্ব ১ পারসেক। ১ পারসেক = ৩.২৬ আলোকবর্ষ।[1] রাতের আকাশে আমরা যে সকল নক্ষত্র দেখতে পাই তার বেশীরভাগই সূর্য থেকে ৫০০ পারসেক দূরত্বের মধ্যে অবস্থান করছে।

খুব সম্ভবত ইংরেজ জ্যোতির্বিদ হারবার্ট হল টার্নার ১৯১৩ সালে প্রথমবারের মতো পারসকের ধারণা দেন।[2]
