কনফেডারেট স্টেটস অফ আমেরিকা (ইংরেজি: Confederate States of America, প্রচলিত নাম: কনফেডারেন্সি (Confederacy), কনফেডারেট স্টেটস (Confederate States), CSA, এবং দক্ষিণ (the South)) ১৮৬১ সাল থেকে ১৮৬৫ সাল পর্যন্ত প্রবর্তিত সরকার ব্যবস্থা। যা প্রচলন করে আমেরিকার দক্ষিণের ১১টি দাসপ্রথা সমর্থিত রাজ্য। তারা দাবি করে মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের সংবিধান অনুসারে যেকোন রাষ্ট্র কোন ধরনের আলোচনা ছাড়া ইউনিয়ন থেকে বের হয়ে যেতে পারে। কিন্তু মার্কিন সরকার (ইউনিয়ান) এ ঘোষণাকে অবৈধ মনে করে।
