শারীরবিদ্যায় অংসফলক[1] পরিচিত কাধেঁর বোন নামে। অংসফলক হচ্ছে পিঠের উপরের দিকে অবস্থিত দুপাশের দুই চ্যাপ্টা ত্রিকোণাকার অস্থি; যা স্কন্দচক্রের অংশবিশেষ। এতে এসে লাগে বিভিন্ন ধরনের পেশী; যা বাহু ও কাঁধের নাড়াচড়ায় সাহায্য করে অংসফলকের পশ্চপৃষ্ঠের উপরদিকের কাঁটার মত গঠনের নাম অংশকণ্ট। এর বাইরের দিকের প্রান্তের নাম অংসতুণ্ড যা কণ্ঠাস্থির সঙ্গে মিলে তৈরী করে অংসতুণ্ড-কণ্ঠাস্থি সন্ধি। অংসতুণ্ডের ঠিক নীচে থাকে অংসপীঠ। যার সঙ্গে প্রগণ্ডাস্থিমুণ্ড মিলে গঠন করে স্কন্ধসন্ধি।
