The Interactive Cancer Atlas (InCA) allows users to access United States Cancer Statistics (USCS) data to create customized maps. The application can display incidence and death counts and rates by cancer site, gender, year of diagnosis, and more. Using the trend data player, users can see how the data changed over the years.

The NCHHSTP Atlas gives you the power to use HIV, STD, hepatitis, and TB data to create maps, charts, and detailed reports, and analyze trends and patterns. With the Basic Query, you can map diseases by year, area, and population. Using the Advanced Query, you can create tables, and it also gives you more flexibility to stratify and compare data variables.

SchoolVaxView allows you to view state-level school vaccination coverage and exemption estimates using interactive maps, trend lines, bar charts and data tables. Data collection methodology differs by state. Varying methodologies include: School Vaccination Coverage and School Vaccination Exemptions.

FluVaxView allows you to view national and state-level influenza vaccination coverage estimates using interactive maps, trend lines, bar charts and data tables.

GTSSData houses and displays data from four tobacco-related surveys conducted around the world. The purpose of GTSSData is to enhance countries' capacity to monitor tobacco use, guide national tobacco prevention, and control programs, and facilitate comparison of tobacco-related data at the national, regional, and global levels.

The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Surveillance System 1) documents CKD and its risk factors in the US population over time, 2) tracks progress in efforts to achieve Healthy People objectives in CKD prevention and control, and 3) provides the means for assessing quality improvement efforts by federal and nonfederal agencies.

The Interactive National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network has data on some environmental hazards, exposures, and chronic health conditions. You can search and view these data on their online reporting tool.

The United States Diabetes Surveillance System (USDSS) provides an atlas of diabetes surveillance data at the state and county levels. The online mapping tool allows users to view geographic patterns and examine trends over time across the United States and within states. The state atlas provides a query-based database that can display data across many indicators related to diabetes using maps, data heat maps, and a series of other interactive graphs. The county atlas provides maps, motion charts, and other interactive graphs to display data on diabetes and risk factors related to diabetes.
