మంత్రము అనగా పవిత్రమైన వాక్యము లేదా పదము.

తెలుగు భాషలో మంత్రము పదానికి వివిధ ప్రయోగాలున్నాయి.[1] మంత్రము నామవాచకంగా A sacred text or hymn. A verse sacred to some deity, used as a prayer. A spell, a charm, incantation అని అర్ధం. జాలవిద్య. Secret consultation, secret counsel. రహస్యము, గూఢోక్తి. రహస్యపు మాట.
