కైరో

కైరో (ఆంగ్లం : Cairo) (అరబ్బీ భాష :القاهرة - అల్ కాహిరా) , దీనర్థం విజయుడు. ఇది ఈజిప్టు రాజధాని. ఈజిప్టులో ఇదే పెద్ద నగరం. అరబ్ ప్రపంచంలోనే అతి పెద్ద నగరం.[3] ఈజిప్టుకు అధికారిక నామం అల్-మస్ర్ లేదా అల్-మిస్ర్. ఫాతిమిద్ ఖలీఫాలు దీనిని తమ రాజధానిగా వుంచారు.
