అలహాబాద్ అబ్జర్వేటరీ అలహాబాదు నగరానికి వెలుపల ఝుసి ప్రాంతం లో ఉన్నది. ఇది 82.5° తూర్పు రేఖాంశంపై పున్నది. అనగా అంతర్జాతీయ సమయానికి 5 గంటల ముప్పై నిముషాలు ముందు ఉంటుంది.[1]
