முப்பது மீட்டர் தொலைநோக்கி

முப்பது மீட்டர் தொலைநோக்கி (Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT)) ஹவாய் தீவின் மெளன கீய மலைப்பகுதியில் அமைக்கப்படுகிறது.[1] 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இது பயன்பாட்டிற்கு வரும். ஹவாய் பூர்வ குடிகளின் எதிர்ப்பின் காரணமாய் கட்டுமானப்பணிகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அமெரிக்காவின் இத்திட்டத்தில் இந்தியா, சீனா, கனடா மற்றும் ஜப்பான் ஆகிய நாடுகள் பங்குபெறுகின்றன.[2][3][4]
