பொன்வார் மாடு

பொன்வார் மாடு (Ponwar) என்பது இந்தியாவின் ஒரு நாட்டு மாட்டு இனமாகும். [1] இந்த மாடுகள் உத்தரப்பிரதேச மாநிலம் பிலிபித் மாவட்டத்தின் புரான்பூர் வட்டம் பொன்வர் பகுதியில் தோன்றியது என அறியப்படுகிறது. இதனால் இந்த இனம் அதே இடத்தின் பெயரால் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. [2] இந்தக் கால்நடைகள் சிறிய புவியியல் பகுதியில் வாழ்கின்றன. [3] இந்த மாடுகள் மிகவும் கடினமாக வேலை செய்யக்கூடியனாவாக உள்ளன. இவை கருப்பு மற்றும் வெள்ளை என இரண்டு வண்ணங்கள் கலந்து காணப்படுகின்றன. இந்த மாடுகள் விவசாயப் பணிகள் மற்றும் முதன்மையாக வண்டி இழுக்கப் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன.[4]
