பிரான்செஸ்கோ சிப்பியோன் மார்ச்செஸ் டெ மாஃபி: (Francesco Scipione, marchese di Maffei); 1675–1755) ஓர் இத்தாலிய எழுத்தாளரும் புதைபொருள் ஆய்வாளரும் நாடக எழுத்தாளரும் ஆவார்.[1] விண்ணியலிலும், இயற்பியலிலும் ஆர்வம் மிக்க இவர் சொந்தமாக விண்ணாய்வகம் ஒன்றை நிறுவி விண்மீன்களின் இயக்கம் குறித்த ஆய்வுகளை மேற்கொண்டார். இவர் சேகரித்த பொருள்களைக் கொண்டு மிகப்பெரிய அருங்காட்சியகம் ஒன்றை உருவாக்கினார்.
