பவளத் தீவு

இதற்கான ஆங்கிலச் சொல் atoll /[invalid input: 'icon']ˈætɒl/ or /æˈtɒl/)[1] மாலத்தீவுகளில் பேசப்படும் இந்தோ ஆரிய மொழியான திவேஹியிலிருந்து பெறப்பட்டது. அம்மொழியில் இது அதோளு எனப்படுகிறது. ஆங்கில அகரமுதலிகளில் 1625ஆம் ஆண்டில் பதிவானதாகத் தெரிகிறது.

மாலைத்தீவுகளின் சி பவழத்தீவுகளின் நாசா செய்மதி ஒளிப்படங்கள். மாலத்தீவு 26 பவழத்தீவுகளில் அமைந்த மொத்தம் of 1322 தீவுகளால் ஆனது.
