தகுதியுயர்வு மற்றும் தகுதியிறக்கம்

தகுதியுயர்வு மற்றும் தகுதியிறக்கம் (Promotion and Relegation) என்பது பல்வேறு விளையாட்டுக் கூட்டிணைவுத் தொடர்களில், ஒரு பருவத்தின் இறுதியில் அணிகளின் செயல்பாட்டினைப் பொறுத்து, இரண்டு நிலைகளுக்கிடையே அணிகளை மாற்றம் செய்வது ஆகும். கீழ்நிலை கூட்டிணைவில் இருக்கும் அணிகளுள் முன்னணி இடங்களைப் பெறும் அணிகள், அப்போதிருக்கும் கூட்டிணைவுக்கும் மேலான கூட்டிணைவுக்கு தகுதியுயர்வு (Promotion) செய்யப்படும். அதேபோல், ஒரு கூட்டிணைவில் கடைசி இடங்களைப் பெறும் அணிகள் கீழ்நிலைக் கூட்டிணைவுக்கு தகுதியிறக்கம் (Relegation) செய்யப்படும்.
