செல்லோ (ஆங்கிலம்: Cello; கிரேக்கம்: Βιολοντσέλο; மேல் விரிசியம்: Sello) என்பது வயலின் குடும்பத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒரு இசைக்கருவி ஆகும். வயலினைப்போல் இது தனியாகவும் பிற இசைக்கருவிகளுடன் சேர்த்தும் வாசிக்கப்படுகிறது. இது உருவத்தில் வயலினைப்போல் இருந்தாலும் அளவில் அதைவிடப்பெரியது. செல்லோ என்ற சொல் வியலான்செல்லோ என்னும் இத்தாலிய சொல்லில் இருந்து வந்தது. இவ்விசைக்கருவி ஏறத்தாழ 1660ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இவ்விசைக் கருவியானது ஐந்து கட்டை (Perfect fifth) ஸ்வரத்தில் ஏ3 (A3), டி3 (D3), ஜி2 (G2) மற்றும் சி2 (C2) நரம்புகளால் கட்டப்பட்டிருக்கும்.
