ഹെൽസിങ്കി

ഹെൽസിങ്കി (Finnish; listen ), or ഹെൽസിംഗ്ഫോർസ് (in Swedish; listen ) ഫിൻലാന്റിന്റെ തലസ്ഥാന നഗരവും ഫിൻലാന്റിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നഗരവുമാണ്‌. ബാൽട്ടിക് സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ തീരത്തായി ഗൾഫ് ഓഫ് ഫിൻലാന്റ് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ്‌ ഈ നഗരം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇവിടത്തെ ജനസംഖ്യ 569,892 ആണ്‌ (മാർച്ച് 31 2008).
