Staphylococcus pseudintermedius

Staphylococcus pseudintermedius is a coccus bacteria of the genus Staphylococcus. Its type strain is LMG 22219T (=ON 86T=CCUG 49543T).[1] It is primarily a pathogen for domestic animals[2], but has been known to affect humans as well.[3]
