Giant cell lichenoid dermatitis

Giant cell lichenoid dermatitis is a cutaneous condition usually drug-associated entity, characterized by a lichenoid dermatitis with a granulomatous infiltrate composed of histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells.[1][2]
