Ibuprofen/paracetamol
Ibuprofen/paracetamol sold under the brand name Combiflam is a combination of the two medications, ibuprofen, and paracetamol (acetaminophen).[1] It is available in India.[1] It may be used for fever, headache, muscle pain and menstrual cramps (MC). Ibuprofen belongs to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) class of drugs.
